Signing in

You sign in on your school's own sign-in page, shown inside the app. The app never sees or stores your password. To keep you signed in, it saves your school sign-in session, and your photo site sign-in if you use Photos, in the iOS Keychain on your device. Signing out deletes them.

What you see in the app

Calendar events, the class directory (students' and parents' names, school photos and contact details) and photos come straight from your school's services to your device, the same information the school shows you on its website. The app doesn't send any of it anywhere else. Photos may be kept in the app's cache on your device so they load faster; deleting the app removes them.

Who the app talks to

Only your school's parent portal and its photo site, and the servers that deliver their pictures. Their own privacy policies cover the information they hold about you. We have no access to it.

Children

The app is meant for parents and guardians. It collects no information from anyone, including children.

Other families

The directory shows other families' details because your school shares them with you. Please use them as your school allows and don't pass them on.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
