Who it's for
My School signs in to one school's parent portal, and only that one. If you're not a family at that school, the app won't be able to sign you in. It's an independent app, not made by or affiliated with the school or the companies that run its websites.
Getting started
- Sign in with your school account, on the school's own sign-in page. The app never sees your password, and it keeps you signed in on this device.
- Photos come from the school's photo site, which has its own sign-in. Sign in once in the Photos tab and the app remembers it.
Questions
- The app says my session has expired.
- The school ends sign-ins after a while. Sign in again and you're back where you were.
- Someone's details are wrong or missing.
- The app shows what the school's portal shows. Ask the school to update its records, and the app follows.
- An event I expected isn't on the calendar.
- The calendar starts with the calendars you follow on the school website. Tap the filter button at the top right to show others.
- How do I sign out?
- More → Settings → Sign Out. That also removes the saved sign-in from the device. Do it before lending your phone to someone.
